Properly add Garnix support

This removes the `extra-` prefix from the specified Nix config. This appears to only be used within Nix flake configs. We probably should eventually provide this - oops!

spotlights-macbook-air: Migrate to Darwin subdirectory

There's also a `spotlights-macbook-air` under NixOS, and it would be preferable to eventually have it in-tree.
